What this platform is

TradeTracker is an information service that aggregates publicly available procurement notices relevant to trade between the United States and Jordan. It is a platform of the Jordan Economic Reform Activity, funded by the U.S. Embassy Amman.

It is not a procurement authority, does not issue or administer tenders, and takes no part in evaluating or awarding them. Nothing here is legal, financial or commercial advice.

No official U.S. Government status

The information provided on this website is not official U.S. Government information and does not represent the views or positions of the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Government.

Accuracy

Tender information is aggregated from third-party sources and processed automatically, including by machine translation and language models. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You are responsible for verifying any opportunity against the issuing body's own notice before relying on it or committing resources. Where this platform and the source notice disagree, the source notice governs.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-extract or redistribute the platform's data
• Do not attempt to access accounts or records that are not yours

Your content

You keep ownership of the records you create — pipeline entries, supplier details, notes and feedback. You grant us the permission needed to store and display them in order to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter any third-party information you add.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information published here, including missed deadlines or unsuccessful bids.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
