What this platform collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

You can browse tenders without an account. If you create one, we collect the details you provide at sign-up — your name and email address — and, where you sign in with Google, the profile information Google returns.

When signed in, we also store the work you create on the platform:

  • Tenders you save to your watchlist
  • Bids you track in your pipeline
  • Sourcing opportunities and supplier records you add
  • Questions you ask the assistant, and their answers
  • Feedback you submit

We record a last-seen timestamp so the team can see whether the platform is being used. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Why we hold it

To operate the features above, to support you when you ask for help, and to report aggregate usage to the program funder. Reporting uses totals and trends, never individual activity.

Who can see it

Your watchlist, pipeline and assistant history are visible only to you and to platform administrators. Sourcing opportunities and supplier records are shared with your organisation's team by design, because they are collaborative records. Feedback you submit is visible to other signed-in users on the feedback board, so please do not include confidential information there.

Processors

Data is stored in Google Firebase. Assistant features and automated summaries send the relevant tender text to OpenAI for processing; they are not used to train models. Both providers act as processors on our behalf and may store data outside Jordan.

Retention and your rights

We keep your account data for as long as the account exists. You can ask us to export or delete your account and its associated records at any time by writing to us through the feedback form, and we will action it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why this site has no cookie consent banner — there is nothing optional to consent to.
