Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making this platform usable by everyone, and where we currently stand.

Standard we build to
TradeTracker is built to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
- Skip-to-content links let keyboard and screen-reader users bypass navigation
- Body text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio; interface elements and chart marks meet 3:1
- Charts carry text alternatives, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed
- Animation is reduced or removed when your system requests reduced motion
- Content reflows to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling
- Form fields have associated labels, and errors are announced to assistive technology
Known limitations
Some tender documents are published by the issuing body as scanned PDFs without a text layer. We cannot make those documents accessible, because we do not control them. Where we detect this, we surface the source page so you can request an accessible copy from the issuing body directly.
The interactive map of Jordan is supported by an equivalent ranked list of governorates, so the same information is available without interacting with the map.
Tell us if something does not work
If you encounter a barrier, please report it through the feedback form and describe the page and the assistive technology you were using. Accessibility reports are prioritised, and we aim to respond within five working days.
